Day 3: Championship Finals

Bow Down to the Power of the Protoss!

Great games everyone !!!  Was able to get things done much more smoothly than ever before.  We have 4 Leaders in their divisions and now they will battle each other for the title of Champion Numero Uno!   We will have a crazy night ahead with all 4 division leaders playing as Protoss.  Clearly this tournament has shown which race is the most dominate one!

The match ups for Day 3 will be:
Emo.620 (Oni) vs Nacman.408 (Ninja)
Marine.931 (Monk) vs Vernox.450 (Samurai)

And our Division Leaders are:

Emo.620
Leaping from the overpowering Oni Division, this player's day 1 was not anything out of the ordinary.  With only 2 wins, Emo was not the favorite going into day 2.  However, he was able to constantly beat out the competition in day 2 with 9 wins!  He has a total of 11 Division points so he is currently tied for the number one player in the SCA League.  From what I've heard and watched Emo is a big fan of Day9's protoss macro build that abuses the power of gateways and a strong economy to outproduce any opponent.  Emo is also a commentator with his own channel where he produces tutorials on how to play Protoss.  Gents, I think we have a crazy player in store for our Championship round.

Nacman.408
Diving in from the nefarious Ninja division, this player had a similar story to Emo.  He too had a normal start on day 1 with only 2 wins, but day 2 acquired 9 points as well! Nacman is also a Protoss player so it should be very interesting how he and Emo will play on day 3! Nacman has a very good moves that should prove very useful in his match up.  Both players do have the same wins so it should be a very interesting game between these to titans.  I pray epic awesomeness!

Vernox.450
Flying in from the swift Samurai division comes a player of great tenacity.  After a rough start with his first game dcing past the 2 min mark, Vernox had a rough journey ahead.  He managed to pull two wins out and since then he has been dominating all who has stood in his way.  He's victory against Masterchief was a slight surprise because going into that game Master chief was the favorite with 8 wins over Vernox's 6 wins.  However, Vernox proved that wins don't determine the outcome.  He has a total of 9 points, and while he ties that spot with Masterchief he earned the right to be called the Samurai Division Leader.

Marine.931
Jumping in from the macho Monk division is a player who signed up at the last minute but has not regretted this decision.  Marine was a strong player coming out of day 1 because he already had 4 wins under his belt.  He destroyed the competition and came on top with an impressive 5 wins on the day so he is 9 wins total, just like his opponent Vernox.  Marine has a slight edge over Vernox because Marine was the clear leader in his division.  Will the Monks prove that they have what it takes to win over all the other divisions?  Who knows what will happen!
